Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing health status assessment within nursing scope.
• Documents care plans and implements interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates response to care and revises plans in collaboration with the team.
• Participates in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Works with the multidisciplinary team in a High Reliability Organization.
