Job summary

Applicants must hold an Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), BLS through AHA, and a BSN with at least five years of practice. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, planning, and evaluation of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of Ohio or applicable multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• BSN preferred with demonstrated employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: implement nursing care and evaluate patient response.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement to improve quality and efficiency.
• Operations: maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties as an HRO.
