Continental Care and Rehabilitation in Montana is seeking a highly organized RN to join our nurse management team as a Supervisor. The role includes overseeing night shift clinical processes, ensuring safe resident care, and coordinating with physicians and therapists.

You must hold an active RN license in Montana or a Compact state. The position offers $45.00 per hour plus a retention bonus up to $10,000.00, with opportunities to impact residents’ health and wellbeing within a 100-bed facility

Formación

• Active RN license in MT or Compact state.
• Prior RN experience in skilled nursing.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all clinical processes and staff on night shift.
• Ensure proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with residents, providers, and facility team.
• Record administration of medication.
• Monitor staff to follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
