Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for a diverse resident population, including dementia care, rehabilitation, long-term care and hospice services. You must be licensed as an RN in Montana or a Compact state.

This role offers day/night shifts with a retention bonus up to $10,000 and opportunities to grow professionally within a 100-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MT or a Compact state.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community preferred.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with residents, providers, and healthcare team members.
• Record administration of medications.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and state/government procedures are followed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies usage.
• Perform other duties as directed.
