Ingleside at Rock Creek seeks a PT Night Shift RN Supervisor to direct and evaluate nursing care during the night shift, with duties including disciplinary actions and nursing care reporting. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and HR-like oversight within a life-plan community.

The position offers a 11pm-7:30am shift, every other weekend, with a base wage of $44.78 per hour and several benefits, including education scholarships and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and RN certification.
• 3–5 years nursing supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computer applications and Care System paging.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate all resident care provided by the nurses.
• Administer disciplinary actions and nursing care reporting.
