Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing or related field is required.
• RN licensure (Registered Nurse) and CPR training (BLS) are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate all resident care provided by nurses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with physicians and departments.
• Ensure infection control standards and safety policies are followed.
• Participate in admissions, rounds, and shift-change reporting.
