Ingleside at Rock Creek seeks a PT Night Shift RN Supervisor to direct and evaluate nursing care during the night shift, with duties including disciplinary actions and nursing care reporting. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and HR-like oversight within a life-plan community.

The position offers a 11pm-7:30am shift, every other weekend, with a base wage of $44.78 per hour and several benefits, including education scholarships and daily pay options.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, three (3) to five (5) years nursing supervisory experience with Registered Nurse certification required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply knowledge and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and be knowledgeable on general nursing principles. Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications and Care System paging systems.

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for directing and evaluating all resident care given by the nurses within the Ingleside community. Additional duties include administering disciplinary action and nursing care reporting.
