Atlas Post Acute is hiring an RN Supervisor for full-time night shifts (8 hours), Monday through Friday, to lead nursing functions in the facility and uphold our care standards.

The role requires an active CO RN license and prior nurse management experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings. We offer competitive pay and benefits. You will collaborate with the DON, mentor staff, and participate in continuous training to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in CO is required.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is required.
• Nurse management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing functions in the facility per duties or as directed by the DON.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with the DON and ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing training.
