Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor - Port Charlotte, FL is hiring a Part-Time Night Shift RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties to oversee the nursing department during evenings, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

We require a Florida RN license, LTC experience, and prior supervisory experience in healthcare, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Two years’ RN experience with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Long Term Care experience is a must.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the nursing department during evenings.
• Coordinate staffing, care interventions and interdisciplinary communication.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data reporting in the absence of DON/ADON.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff with administrative duties.
