Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr in Florida is seeking an RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties for evening shifts. The role requires an active Florida RN license and CPR certification.

You will oversee nursing care, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with state nurse practice act. Two years of RN experience with supervisory exposure is preferred; strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Formación

• Active Florida RN license (or compact license)
• CPR certification required
• Two years RN experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• English language proficiency required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing department during evening shifts.
• Perform the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate resource utilization and care interventions.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication to enhance resident/family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Collect, trend, analyze and report nursing data; act in DON/ADON absence.
