Solaris HealthCare East Orlando seeks an RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties for evening coverage. You will oversee nursing operations, coordinate care and resources, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires active Florida RN licensure, CPR, and leadership within a resident-centered team.

Two years of RN experience with supervisory exposure is preferred; Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. This full-time position requires English proficiency and a commitment to compassionate care

Formación

• RN license in Florida or clearly active licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (education).
• Two years’ RN experience with supervisory exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing the nursing department across the building during evenings.
• Coordinate resource utilization, care interventions, and interdepartmental communication.
• Collect, trend, analyze and report nursing data; act as DON/ADON in their absence.
