Job summary

Solaris HealthCare East Orlando in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties for evening shifts (3pm–11pm). You will oversee the nursing department, perform assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation under the Nurse Practice Act, and ensure regulatory alignment across the center.

The role requires an active RN license in Florida, CPR certification, and 2 years nursing experience with 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years RN experience with at least 1 year in nursing supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department during evening shifts (3pm–11pm).
• Coordinate care, plan and implement interventions, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data reporting in support of quality resident care.
