Job summary

Smith County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead our nursing team with compassion and professional expertise. You will foster a warm, family-centered environment for residents and their families, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality care.

As a mentor and floor nurse when needed, you will supervise daily operations, coordinate with other departments, and promote teamwork, continuity of care, and excellence in resident services.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing and currently licensed in the state.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations and act as floor nurse as needed.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff while maintaining a compassionate, family-centered environment.
• Ensure regular weekend attendance and collaboration to meet resident care objectives.
