Smith County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a long-term care setting. You will mentor staff, support residents and families, and ensure smooth daily operations in a warm, homelike environment.

Qualifications include an active RN license, supervisory experience, and familiarity with MatrixCare; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and current state licensure in good standing.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to relate to residents and families and work with staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing staff operations.
• Serve as floor nurse as needed to support care.
• Maintain regular weekend attendance and assist with resident care objectives.
