Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage emergencies and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, STNAs).
• Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage for the shift.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical changes.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and physician communications.
• Oversee medication administration and treatment completion.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and document incidents, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to staff.
• Communicate effectively with DON and interdisciplinary team.
