Job summary

Majestic Care of Whitehall is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor, RN to lead a nursing unit in a long-term care setting. You will oversee staffing, ensure quality care, coordinate with physicians, and mentor caregiving teams to meet resident needs.

Active RN license in Ohio and three years of nursing experience (including at least one year in long-term care) are required; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable within 30 days. Join a team that values compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of employment (Ohio).
• CPR certification preferred, but not required.
• Must hold an active CPR license or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care community.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate care team members.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues.
• Monitor staffing, budget, and quality of care goals.
• Coordinate with physicians and ensure timely interventions.
