Alaris Health at Cedar Grove is seeking a Part-Time RN Night Supervisor for the 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shift in Cedar Grove, NJ. The role focuses on supervising clinical care planning and ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care within the nursing center.

Qualified candidates must hold an active NJ RN license and a BSN, with 5+ years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in a nurse supervisory role. Knowledge of nursing regulations is essential.

Formación

• Active NJ RN license in good standing.
• RN-BSN required.
• Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and applicable laws/regulations pertaining to nursing care centers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees care planning and delivery to coordinate quality patient care.
• Assess residents on admission and with condition changes.
• Conduct rounds to evaluate patient conditions.
• Provide or assist with direct patient care including ADLs, meals, meds, and therapies.
• Obtain and verify Physician Orders for accuracy.
