Job summary

Eastern Health Group, a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers, is seeking an Evening Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Virginia. Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• First aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local standards.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
