Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program and licensed in the state.
• 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care preferred but not required.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the night shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff.
• Serve as clinical leader during assigned hours.
• Record medication administration and changes in patient condition.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and compliance with state/government procedures.
• Follow procedures for use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
