Job summary

Cedarview is seeking an experienced full-time RN Supervisor for the night shift to ensure safe, therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee aides, manage medications, assessments, and documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Must hold Ohio RN license and CPR.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
