You will lead nursing staff, supervise Nursing Assistants, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the multidisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.
Candidates must hold an Ohio RN license with CPR certification and have at least one year of long-term care experience.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
Current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license and current CPR certification.
At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.
In-depth knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements pertaining to long-term care.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to deal tactfully with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
