Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to provide direct care, lead nursing staff, and act as on-site administrator during off hours. The role coordinates admissions, discharges and responses to emergencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on shift.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes, and overall quality of care.
