Job summary

Cedarview is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the night shift to ensure safe, therapeutic care from admission to discharge in collaboration with physicians, families, and the care team.

The role includes supervising nursing staff, managing documentation, and coordinating with Nursing Assistants to deliver high-quality long-term care. Ohio licensure and CPR certification are required, with 1+ year of LTAC experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
