Job summary

Autumn Care of Chesapeake is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.

We offer flexible pay options, a supportive, family-like atmosphere, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time and part-time shifts available; wage range $40.00–$48.00 per hour for 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Current CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care in a SNF setting.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per policies and procedures.
