Autumn Care of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility, where you will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff to ensure quality care.

We offer on-demand and weekly pay options, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, tuition opportunities, and a supportive leadership team. Shifts include weekends, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, with wages $40-$48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the delivery of care.
