Job summary

Autumn Care of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality standards.

We offer flexible pay options, generous PTO, benefits, and growth opportunities. Full- and part-time shifts available, including night hours, with competitive pay between $40 and $48 per hour.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
CPR or BLS certification required.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per policies.
