Qualifications

• RN license in Florida is required.

• Active CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.

• Geriatrics or subacute care experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in resident care and take corrective action.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
