Job summary

Pensacola-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing personnel and day-to-day activities on the 11p-7a shift. Under the Director of Nursing, you will ensure care aligns with standards and regulations to deliver quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising care planning, assessing residents on admission and as conditions change, conducting rounds, and providing direct resident care when needed, including ADLs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure quality resident care.
• Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs, meals, medications and treatment, and leisure activities as appropriate.
