Job summary

Lion Care in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team. Youll oversee daily staff, participate in hiring, and ensure consistent practices while communicating performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills in geriatrics.
• Must relate positively to customers and families and work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring nursing staff.
• Maintain consistent practices.
• Communicate performance expectations effectively.
• Assign duties, work hours, breaks and meals for nursing personnel on unit.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.
