Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 11 PM–7 AM night shift at their 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. This full-time role emphasizes strong clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and staff guidance to deliver safe, compassionate resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an active Rhode Island RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with 2+ years of nursing experience; no prior supervisory experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
