Job summary
Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, seeks an Evening Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure compassionate, compliant resident care. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00PM–11:00PM, with a competitive salary in Rhode Island.
Requirements include an active Rhode Island RN or LPN license, BLS CPR, and 5+ years of nursing with supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Rhode Island RN or LPN license.
- Valid BLS CPR certification required.
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff for high-quality resident care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, person-centered care.
- Monitor staff performance and offer coaching and support.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely interdisciplinary communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation per standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address clinical concerns and resolve issues involving residents, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility-wide goals.
