Select Specialty Hospital – Orlando Central is seeking a House Supervisor-RN for the full-time night shift. The role will oversee resource management, patient care coordination and staff support in a 31-bed critical illness recovery setting with an additional 32-bed rehab unit.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor workplace to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient and facility needs, improving operations.
