Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking an experienced House Supervisor to provide overnight clinical leadership and operational oversight in Missouri. The role includes directing nursing staff, managing patient flow, and leading incident command during emergencies.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited RN program background, an active RN license with BLS, and at least two years of RN leadership experience. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Active RN license and BLS certification for the applicable state.
• Minimum two years of RN experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and sustain alertness.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, educate and monitor nursing/support staff during shifts.
• Resource and manage patient flow within the area.
• Support patient emergencies and lead incident command during disasters.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address related issues.
• Respond to care complaints and contribute to staff hiring, training and evaluations.
• Ensure safety and perform additional duties as needed.
