Job summary

Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to provide complex patient care in a fast-paced environment in Mount Vernon, IL.

You will conduct assessments, collaborate on individualized care plans, and promote safety while delivering evidence-based nursing practices. The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of RN experience, with BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC/TNCC preferred based on location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS/ENPC/TNCC preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses.
