Job summary

SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles is seeking a registered nurse for the Night Shift to provide direct care to patients with complex needs.

You will collect data, collaborate with the care team, and implement evidence-based plans while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced ICU setting. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS, ALS and pediatric life support credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care for patients needing complex assessments and interventions.
• Develops and implements care plans in collaboration with patients, families and the interprofessional team.
• Ensures safety and quality of nursing practice while delivering evidence-based care.
