Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within organizational policies and clinical standards.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee assigned staff, ensure compliance with procedures, develop care plans based on patient needs, and continually evaluate outcomes to adjust strategies and improve quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles.
• Current Georgia RN licensure or NLC/eNLC multistate license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS required for Critical Care roles, with completion within 180 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Coordinate and oversee assigned staff in delivering patient care.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care strategies accordingly.
