Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state is required.
• Active BLS and ALS certifications are required.
• NRP or PALS or equivalent certifications may be needed depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, and evaluate nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of patient care.
• Respond to patient care concerns and assist in staff development.
• Maintain a safe, alert work environment.
