Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team and families.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation.
