Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License prior to Orientation.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN required).
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association required prior to Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaborative interdisciplinary teams under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
• Provide patient-centered care on Bliss 11 Step Down unit with a diverse patient population.
• Utilize nursing processes to develop and implement plans of care for patients and families.
