Arborviewsl is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing setting in Colorado. The RN will plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive nursing care, while ensuring safety, dignity, and high-quality resident outcomes. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• Current, valid Colorado RN license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• 1-3 years direct patient care in SNF/long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to review and adjust standards of care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including vitals, labs, and mental status.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation.
