Job summary

Avera Granite Falls Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct nursing care during the night shift. You will develop and implement care plans, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to work night shift and weekends as scheduled.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by reviewing prescriptions and coordinating with the care team.
• Document nursing care plans and patient responses to treatment.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and self-care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in daily operations.
• Manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
