Avera Granite Falls Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, while following infection control and care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1-3 years experience in clinical or long-term care environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and implement care plans for residents.
• Develop and document nursing care plans and interventions.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications and self-care.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain infection control, medication safety and regulatory compliance.
