Sanford Health in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Licensed RN for a night shift role. The RN will perform assessments, planning and evaluation, while coordinating care with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred and an unencumbered MN RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide resident education and various other nursing interventions.
