Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Staff Nurse for the night shift to deliver direct patient care in accordance with ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing standards and RI Nurse Practice Act.

The role includes treatment planning participation, emergency coordination, teamwork, medication administration, and acting as Charge Nurse when needed, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RI nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Participates in treatment planning to coordinate nursing care and discharge planning.
• Coordinates emergencies to ensure patient safety.
• Assists team members and accepts assignments to complete patient care.
• Administers medications with knowledge of action, side effects, and contraindications.
• Acts as Charge Nurse for the shift.
