Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a 79-bed long-term and transitional care facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborating with families and the inter-disciplinary team.

This role requires a strong nursing background, excellent communication, and patient-centered care. Shift is 12-hour nights, full-time with 72 hours biweekly, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current UNencumbered RN license in the state where practice is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, and provide education and interventions.
