Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed RN for a full‑time, night shift role. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A sign‑on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

This 72‑hour biweekly position includes evenings/nights (4:00pm–4:30am), weekend rotations, and shift incentives. A strong benefits package and ongoing education support are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assessments, education and various nursing interventions.
