Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Ability to work nights with rotating weekends/holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate nursing plans with the health care team.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and interventions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care goals accordingly.
- Maintain infection control and safe medication handling.
- Document care in patient records and charting.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment functioning.
- Maintain clinical competence through ongoing professional development.
