Job summary

Avera St Benedict Nursing Home in South Dakota is seeking a registered nurse to deliver bedside care for residents during the night shift. You will review physician orders, coordinate with the care team, and contribute to individualized nursing plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00pm–6:30am) and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care by reviewing physician orders and care plans.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and interventions.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and document resident status.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications and self-care.
• Maintain infection-control policies and ensure a safe environment.
