Job summary

Avera Behavioral Health Center-Sioux Falls is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, developing care plans, educating patients and families, documenting care, and ensuring infection control and safety. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Night shift availability required.
• 1–3 years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review physician prescriptions and coordinate with the health care team.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Document patient care accurately in records.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in patient care.
