Job summary

The long term care Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany provides individualized nursing care to residents, coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team. The role requires practicing within appropriate standards and assessing residents across all care phases.

As a licensed RN in Minnesota, you will participate in care planning, education, and supervision of care delivery, including supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff during shifts."

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
